This home was purchased by the client with a failing roof and years of neglect. The home was stripped of all finishes and certain areas that were damaged were rebuilt with improvements. The failing roof was removed to create a high ceiling, vaulted great room with a large porch off the back to better utilize the back yard. A small area was added to the existing second floor. Every part of this home was remodeled.
